Community Support

Giving back to the community

People matter. Together with our parent company, Touchprint, we’re involved in several initiatives to support the communities where we live and work. We’re especially committed to the small and medium-sized businesses that make up 60% of New Zealand’s business community. And, in recent years, we’ve sponsored or contributed to the following organisations and events:

  • Child Cancer Foundation
  • New Zealand Open Dance Championship
  • Wellington Chamber of Commerce
  • HITO Annual Awards
  • Fundraising Institute New Zealand Conference 2022
  • Franchise Association of New Zealand Conference 2022
  • Franchise Association of New Zealand Awards – Sustainability Award Sponsor

Mahere Reo Te reo Māori Language Plan

Whāia te mātauranga hei oranga mō koutou - Seek after learning for the sake of your wellbeing

Te reo Māori has a special place in New Zealand. It is one of our official languages and is a unique feature of our country on the world stage. By taking a conscious action to revitalise te reo Māori, we can contribute to a better, more inclusive nation.

Working with Te Taura Whiri i Te Reo Māori (The Māori Language Commission) we developed a Mahere Reo to help us to integrate te reo Māori into our everyday work. We chose to develop a formal plan because studies show this is a more effective approach, establishing our ‘big picture’ goals and success criteria and ensuring we involve all stakeholders.

Staff wellbeing

Our people are the heart of everything we do. That’s why we focus on creating and maintaining a great workplace culture and continually train and develop our team. Mental health is a growing concern for the New Zealand workforce, and it’s an area where we want to make sure we are adequately supporting our people.
